Welcome to Brandeis Collab, a project posting board designed to facilitate collaboration among users. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Brandeis Collab platform (the "Service") operated by Brandeis students ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age and be a current Brandeis student or alumnus with a registered brandeis.edu email address to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. User Conduct

As a user of Brandeis Collab, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• a. Use foul language, offensive language, or hate speech;
• b. Post any content that is abusive, threatening, or violent;
• c. Harass, bully, or intimidate other users;
• d. Post any content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or contains nudity;
• e. Post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
• f. Impersonate another person or entity;
• g. Post content that promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• h. Spam, solicit, or engage in any commercial activities without our express written consent.

3. Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Brandeis Collab. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
